Wazobia Art & Culture Festival 2025

Hundreds of people joined us for a day of creativity and connection at The Wazobia Art & Cultural Festival on May 10, 2025. Our hands-on workshops, from drum-making and beading to African doll-making, were packed with participants eager to learn and create.
The stage came alive with a jazz ensemble featuring Baltimore School of the Arts students, an electrifying African dance troupe, and a rich panel discussion on the African Diaspora, led by artists from the U.S. and Nigeria.
Attendees savoured authentic African cuisine while browsing vendors offering clothing, accessories, and more.
